Previous Experience: Prior to joining AR Global, Mr. Galioto was assistant general counsel and global head of enforcement and investigations at the Bank of New York Mellon, supervising an international team that handled law enforcement and regulatory inquiries and conducted internal investigations worldwide. He also served as assistant general counsel and head of litigation at The Dreyfus Corporation and as a litigation association and Clifford Chance Rogers & Wells, a New York-based international law firm with offices in Europse, Asia, the Americas and the Middle East.
