Previous Experience: Prior to leading the business development efforts of Citadel SPV, Mr. Figueroa was managing director for corporate government and new business development for Lord Securities Corporation. During his career, Mr. Figueroa has served as a director on the boards of more than 1,000 special purpose vehicles spanning a wide variety of asset classes. He also was a member of the executive board of directors of the American Securitization Forum (ASF) and was chairman of its membership committee from 2008 to 2010.
