Stephen Ceuvorst

Title:  Managing partner of Lord Capital, a globally active firm he founded as an investor in equity tranches of securitizations. It is active in trade receivables, consumer receivalbes, commodity trade finance, credit cards asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP) conduits, distressed assets and collateralized loan obligation (CLO) warehouses (a form of inventory financing).

Education: Dartmouth College, B.A.; Columbia University School of Business, Masters of Business

Previous Experience: Prior to founding Lord Capital, Mr. Ceurvorst held various senior positons with Mellon Financial Corporation (now part of BNY Mellon), including chairman and chief executive officer of Mellon Financial Markets, a full-service broker/dealer. He began his career in New York with Manufacturers Hanover Trust (now part of JP Morgan Chase), where he served in significant positions in the international and investment banking divisions. He also worked in Chicago with Continental Bank (now part of Bank of America), where his activities included the placement of equity in the first-ever CLO.
